Zinaxin is a herbal medicine that has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
Release form and composition
Dosage form of Zinaxine - soft gelatin capsules, the contents of which is a pasty mass of brown color with a specific smell. Sold in blister packs of 30 capsules, 1 or 2 packs in a carton.
The active component of the drug is an extract consisting of:
- 58.8% of rhizome extract of ginger pharmacy (149.94 mg);
- 5.9% of the extract of rhizomes of Alpini Galanga (15.045 mg);
- 35.3% of acetic acid monoglyceride (inactive component).
The following biologically active substances are present in the rhizome of ginger pharmacy and the rhizome of alpine galanga: lipids, tannins, gingerols, flavonoids, borneol, kaempferol derivatives, eugenol, amino acids, tsineols, vitamin A, nicotinic acid, essential oil containing α and β sesquiterpenes zingiberenes.
The remaining excipients are:
- Anhydrous colloidal silicon;
- Medium chain triglycerides;
- Beeswax yellow (E901).
The capsule shell is made of gelatin, titanium dioxide (E171), chlorophyll copper complex (E 141) and glycerin.
Indications for use
Zinaksin phytopreparation is used as part of combination therapy for osteoarthrosis. It reduces the severity of pain and helps restore joint mobility.
Zinaxin is contraindicated:
- With known hypersensitivity to any component of the drug;
- Children up to 12 years;
- During pregnancy;
- Breastfeeding women.
Dosing and Administration
The drug is intended for oral administration. Assign it to 1 capsule 1-2 times per day.
The duration of treatment is determined individually for each patient, taking into account the severity of the pathological process. The recommended course of treatment is 6-12 weeks.
Herbal medicine Zinaxin is generally well tolerated. In rare cases, patients complain of dyspeptic disorders, abdominal discomfort, belching and nausea. In most cases, these phenomena are moderate. But if the symptoms described persist within a few days of taking the capsules, you should stop the treatment and consult a doctor.
With hypersensitivity or intolerance to any component of the drug is not excluded the likelihood of allergic reactions.
Cases of overdose Zinaksin until now in medical practice have not been reported.
Zinaxin can be prescribed to patients with diabetes mellitus, patients with lactase deficiency and gluten intolerance, the main thing is to strictly adhere to the recommended dosing regimen.
The pharmacological interaction of the drug has not been studied. However, the possibility of using any other drug simultaneously with Zinaksin should be checked with a doctor.
Phytopreparation does not adversely affect the reaction rate, visual acuity and ability to concentrate, so it can be used by people engaged in various fields of activity.

Terms and conditions of storage
Pharmacies Zinaksin is sold in non-prescription mode. Store capsules, according to the instructions, should be in a dark place at room temperature (up to 25 ºC). The shelf life of the drug when properly stored is 2 years.
