Vondekhil is a combined drug based on herbal ingredients for external use, effective for wounds and ulcerative lesions.
Release form and composition
Vondekhil ointment is made in 100 g of which contains the following active ingredients:
- 3 g of Sophora tincture;
- 2 g tincture of yarrow;
- 5 g propolis tincture;
- 3 g of carophilic;
- 2 g of Potentilla tincture.
Auxiliary components of the drug are sunflower oil, lard, anhydrous lanolin, beeswax.
In tubes of 15 or 30 g.
Indications for use
According to the instructions, Vondekhil is indicated for use in the following cases:
- Diabetic and varicose ulcers;
- Infected, inflamed, postoperative wounds, including after operations on the rectum;
- Anal fissures and hemorrhoids;
- Gynecological erosion;
- Cracked nipples;
- Traumatic injury to the skin;
- Skin lesions caused by radiation.
According to the instructions, Vondekhil is contraindicated only in case of individual intolerance of one or several components of the medicine.
It is not recommended to use Vondekhil during pregnancy with the exception of strict indications.
Dosing and Administration
Ointment Vondekhil applied to the damaged areas with a thin layer twice or three times a day. A few hours after applying the ointment, the skin area is wiped with a solution of furatsilina or calendula tincture and the wound is left open for one hour to dry slightly.

When treating cervical erosion, Vondekhil ointment is applied on a cotton swab or gauze swab and injected deep into the vagina. Such tampons should be applied daily, leaving them for a couple of hours, for 2-4 weeks.
In the treatment of sunburn, ointment is applied with a thin layer on the affected skin for a maximum of 3 hours. Vondekhil is one of the most effective drugs for removing redness and pain.
When treating anal fissures and hemorrhoids, the medicine is applied on a small cotton wool or gauze tampon, which is injected for several hours into the intestinal lumen. The duration of therapy lasts an average of 1-4 weeks.
In case of thermal burns, Vondekhil ointment is recommended to be applied on the skin in the first 10-15 minutes after the occurrence of damage. On average, it takes 3-15 days to restore the skin after a burn, depending on the severity and area of the affected area.
