Venolife - a drug used in the treatment of varicose veins.
Release form and composition
Venolife is released as a clear, light yellow gel with a specific smell in aluminum tubes of 40 and 100 g. One gram of the product contains 20 g of troxerutin, 50 mg of dexpanthenol, 2.5 mg of heparin sodium and such excipients as:
- Purified water;
- Propylene glycol;
- Carbomer 940 or 980.
Indications for use
Venolife is used in cases of sprains, hematomas, sprains, edematous pain syndrome, chronic and acute thrombophlebitis, postthrombophlebitic syndrome, varicose veins and microcirculatory and trophic disorders.
The drug is prescribed to patients with chronic lymphostasis, as well as to accelerate epithelialization and granulation of trophic ulcers in the regeneration phase.
Application Venolayf contraindicated in wounds with abundant exudation and open infected wounds, as well as in cases of hypersensitivity to the components of the funds.
Dosing and Administration
The drug is applied externally, causing the gel on the affected area of the skin and around it, with a thin layer, rubbing movements until completely absorbed, twice or three times a day.
The duration of Venolife therapy varies between 14-21 days, with the possible repetition of the course in relapse twice or thrice a year.
The instructions to Venolayf indicated that the drug may cause allergic reactions.
The use of Venolife is unacceptable in ophthalmology. Also, the drug is not intended for rectal and intravaginal administration.
The drug is a synonym drug Troxevasin Neo. The following drugs belong to the analogues of Venolife:

Terms and conditions of storage
Venolife, according to the instructions, should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated place, out of the reach of children and light, at a temperature varying within 15-25 ° C.
A medicine is released from pharmacies without a doctor's prescription, and it has a shelf life of two years. After the expiration date of the drug must be disposed of.
