Lyonianus ordinary - a plant used in traditional medicine as a choleretic, diuretic, diaphoretic, laxative, expectorant and antihelminthic.
Lyonian vulgaris - a perennial herb from the genus Lyonian Podorozhnikovye family.
The herb contains: flavone glycosides, tannins, saponins, peganine alkaloid, organic acids (acetic, malic, formic), pectins, minerals, and vitamin C.
In medicine, the effect of flaxkere is not fully investigated. As a result of the tests, it was found that the liquid extract of the plant is a mild laxative without side effects in case of intestinal atony, bloating and prolonged constipation. In addition, flax clover is effective for myopathies, muscular dystrophy and flaccidity of muscles.
In Germany, the water extract of the plant was prescribed in the treatment of jaundice of various origins, constipation, inflammation of the bladder, hemorrhoids, and intestinal lethargy. It was also used for bed-wetting and headaches with vomiting (Meniere's syndrome).
Linseed ordinary has long been used in folk medicine as a diuretic, laxative, diaphoretic, choleretic, expectorant and antihelminthic. The plant is prescribed for dropsy, jaundice, constipation, flatulence, scrofula, headaches, diseases of the bladder, as well as to improve the work of the stomach.
Local and external use of the plant is possible, for example, in case of sore throat (as a gargle), conjunctivitis, eczema, psoriasis, to improve hair growth.

As a laxative, diuretic, and diaphoretic, infusions are used, for which 1 teaspoon of dried, chopped herbs should be poured over 200 ml of boiling water in a thermos and for 20 minutes infused. Take 30 minutes before meals 3 times a day for 1/3 cup. Course duration - 7-10 days.
In Meniere's disease, 1 tablespoon of chopped herbs should be filled with 1 cup of boiling water, infused for 10 minutes, filtered and cooled to room temperature. Accept before meals 2 times a day for 1/2 cup.
For hypotension, they take a tincture of flax flax, for which 50 g of crushed herbs pour 0.5 liters of vodka, insist in a dark place for 15 days, shaking occasionally. Take 3 times a day before meals for 20-30 drops. Tincture can be washed down with water or diluted in 1 tablespoon of water.
As a purgative, tincture is prepared (infused for 3 hours) from crushed herbs and vodka in a 1: 1 ratio. Take 1 teaspoon before bedtime.
