- Prevention and treatment of protein deficiency of various origins (with blood loss, operations, burns);
- Filling fluid loss.
- Increased individual sensitivity to sodium metabisulphite;
- Acute traumatic brain injury;
- Unstable circulation, life-threatening (shock);

The drug is administered with caution to patients with heart failure in the stage of decompensation.
Dosing and Administration
The required dosage is calculated depending on the condition of the patient and his need for amino acids, fluids and electrolytes. Infesol is introduced into / into the drip, slowly, while monitoring the patient's condition. Begin infusion with a small injection rate, bringing to the required speed within an hour.
Infecti 40 is prescribed for adults at 0.6-1.0 g of amino acids / kg of body weight per day, respectively, up to 25 ml / kg per day.
Under conditions with a predominance of catabolism, the dosage is 1.3-2.0 g of amino acids / kg per day, respectively, up to 50 ml / kg per day.
The maximum daily dose of Infezol is 2 g of amino acids / kg.
In adults with parenteral nutritional therapy, the total amount of fluid should not exceed 40 ml / kg per day.
For children, Infesol 40 is prescribed 1.5-2.5 g of amino acids / kg per day, respectively, up to 60 ml / kg per day.
The volume of the injected drug is reduced according to the amount of liquid and calories that are entered enterally.
Insezol 100 is prescribed to adults in a daily dose of 10-20 ml / kg of body weight, respectively, 1-2 g of amino acids / kg.
The maximum daily dose of the drug - 20 mg / kg, which corresponds to 2 g of amino acids / kg.
The maximum rate of administration is 1 ml / kg per hour, which corresponds to 0.1 g of amino acids / kg per hour.
The total amount of parenteral fluid injected should not exceed 40 ml / kg per day.
The average dosage of Infezol 100 in children:
- Age 2-6 years. Daily dose - 10 ml / kg, which corresponds to 1 g of amino acids / kg;
- Age 6-14 years. The daily dose is 15 ml / kg, which corresponds to 1.5 g amino acids / kg.
The maximum daily dose in children depends on the daily protein requirement. The maximum infusion rate is 1 ml / kg per hour, which corresponds to 1 g of amino acids / kg per hour.
Infezol is usually well tolerated, side effects are unlikely to occur. In some cases, allergic reactions develop. Very rarely nausea, vomiting, tachycardia, chills, excessive sweating. Usually such phenomena are observed at a high infusion rate.
To ensure complete parenteral nutrition, it is necessary to simultaneously introduce other infusion solutions that contain electrolytes, carbohydrate, fats, vitamins and trace elements.
Care must be taken in case of increased serum osmolarity.
Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and control mechanisms is not installed.
Solutions that contain amino acids are not recommended to be mixed with other drugs.
