Each tablet contains 30 μg of estriol, 50 mg of acidophilic lactobacilli and such excipients as:
- Lactose monohydrate;
- Magnesium stearate;
- Microcrystalline cellulose;
- Sodium carboxymethyl starch;
- Sodium phosphate dibasic anhydrous.
Indications for use
Gynoflor is prescribed to women for the treatment of postmenopausal estrogen-dependent atrophic vaginitis and bacterial vaginosis.
Also, the drug is used after local or systemic treatment with antibiotics or other chemotherapeutic agents to restore the flora of Lactobacillus acidophilus (lactobacterium acidophilus).
Vaginal tablets are contraindicated in cases of hypersensitivity to the components included in their composition. In the first trimester of pregnancy, the use of the drug is undesirable.
Also, the use of Ginoflora is contraindicated in the following cases:
- With untreated endometrial hyperplasia;
- With malignant estrogen-dependent neoplasms;
- Girls before sexual activity;

- With endometriosis.
Dosing and Administration
