Ginecohel is a multicomponent homeopathic remedy intended for the treatment of diseases of the female genital organs.
Release form and composition
Dosage form of the drug - drops for oral administration, which is a clear liquid of light yellow color with the smell of ethanol.
100 grams of Ginekohel contains:
- 10 g apismellifika (Apismellifica) D4;
- 10 g ammonium bromatum (Ammonium bromatum) D4;
- 10 g of Lilium lancifolium D4;
- 10 g Aurum Jodatum (Aurum jodatum) D12;
- 10 g Crabro Vespa (Crabrovespa) D4;
- 10 g Helonia Dioica (Helonias dioica) D4;
- 10 g palladium metallicum (Palladium metallicum) D12;
- 10 g platinum metallic; Platinum metallicum D12;
- 10 g Naya Naya (Naja naja) D12;
- 5 g of Melilotus officinalis (Melilotus officinalis) D3;
- 5 g of viburnum opules (Viburnum opulus) D2;
- Ethanol (35% by volume) as an auxiliary component.
Drops of Ginekohohel, 30 ml each in dark glass bottles with a dropper are marketed.
Indications for use
In accordance with the instructions to the Ginekochel, the drug should be used as part of the complex treatment of inflammatory diseases of the female genital organs. In particular, it is prescribed for:
- Colpitis - an inflammatory disease of the mucous membrane of the vagina;
- Salpingitis - an infectious inflammation of the fallopian (fallopian) tubes;
- Adnexitis - unilateral or bilateral inflammation of the appendages (ovaries and fallopian tubes).
In addition, as an aid, Ginecohel is often recommended to be used for uterine myoma, dysmenorrhea, and for belyah.
The use of Ginekohelya is contraindicated in:
- Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;
- Known hypersensitivity to the poison of wasps, bees and hornets.
Due to the lack of clinical data, the drug is not prescribed for girls under 18 years of age.
Due to the fact that ethanol is a part of Ginekochelya, special care should be taken by patients with:
- Brain diseases;
- Traumatic brain injury;
- Liver disease;
Mandatory medical consultation is needed for women with thyroid disease.
The drug may be prescribed during pregnancy, but in the event that the expected benefits for the future mother outweigh the potential risks for the intrauterine development of her baby.
Breastfeeding for the period of treatment is recommended to stop.
Dosing and Administration
According to the instructions to Ginekohel, take the drug should be three times a day, 10 drops, after dissolving them in 30 ml of water. When the disease is exacerbated, the first two hours are allowed to take 10 drops every 15 minutes.
Depending on the patient's condition, the severity of the inflammatory process and the tolerability of the drug, the doctor may adjust the dosage regimen.
The maximum allowable daily dose is 80 drops.
A standard course of therapy lasts 2-3 weeks.
In case of inflammatory gynecological diseases, Ginecohel is usually prescribed in combination with Traumeel C, with uterine myoma - Galium-Hel and Psorinohel, with dysmenorrhea - Spasuprel, with belium - Klimakt-Khel and Traumel C.

In rare cases, as a rule, caused by intolerance or hypersensitivity to any component that is part of the drug, allergic reactions can develop.

When taking Ginekohelya (actually, like any other homeopathic remedy) in the first days it is possible to temporarily exacerbate the symptoms of the disease, which looks like a worsening of its course. In most cases, this reaction is normal and indicates the effect of the drug, and the patient's condition returns to normal within a few days, but consultation with the attending physician is still needed.
The use of Ginekohelya does not preclude treatment with other drugs, but consultation of the doctor regarding the pharmacological compatibility of these agents is necessary.
The drug does not adversely affect the speed of physical and mental reactions, the ability to concentrate and visual acuity, so it can be used by women engaged in any kind of activity. However, it is worth remembering that it contains ethanol. The maximum daily dose of Ginecohel (80 drops of the drug) contains about 1.4 grams of absolute ethanol.

Like all homeopathic medicines, Ginekohel can be freely purchased at the pharmacy, the prescription of the attending physician is not needed for this.
In accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, the vial should be stored in a dark place at room temperature (in the range from 15 to 25 ºС). If these conditions are met, their pharmacological properties of the drop are retained for 5 years from the date of issue.
