Release form and composition
Duofilm is produced in the form of a viscous transparent solution, in glass vials of 15 ml with a plastic lid and a brush applicator in the kit.
The composition of one gram of the product includes 167 mg of salicylic and lactic acid, as well as the excipient - viscous collodion.
Indications for use
Duophilus is used to treat common and plantar warts.
Contraindications
The use of Duofilma is contraindicated in children under 12 years of age and in case of hypersensitivity to the active and auxiliary components that make up the product.
The drug can not be applied to hairy warts, birthmarks, warts in the anus, genitals and face.
With caution, the drug should be used during pregnancy and during the breastfeeding period.
Dosing and Administration
The solution is applied to the affected areas of the skin with an applicator brush once or twice a day in a few drops. Before using the product, the wart should be moistened with 40-50 ° C with water (within 2-3 minutes) and then gently wipe it with a soft towel.
Duophilm is applied to the warts and left on them until completely dry. Then a patch can be applied on top of the agent (if the wart is on the foot). It is important to apply the solution in such a way that it does not get into the surrounding healthy skin.
Therapy should be continued until the complete disappearance of the wart. On average, the course of treatment varies within 5-7 days (but not more).

The instructions for Duophilum indicate that the drug in rare cases causes itching, redness and burning of the skin, rash, itching and skin allergic reactions.
