Denebol is a drug from the group of highly selective cyclooxygenase (COX) 2 inhibitors, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent (NSAID).

In 1 ml of Denebol injection contains 25 mg of rofecoxib as an active ingredient, as well as a number of auxiliary components: centbucridine hydrochloride, tocopherol acetate, saline, methylcarbohydrate.
One tablet of Denebol contains 25 or 50 mg of rofecoxib. Auxiliary substances are microcrystalline cellulose, beta-cyclodexfrin, corn starch, magnesium stearate, povidone, purified talcum, sodium propyl and methylparaben, colloidal silicon dioxide, brilliant blue, dry starch, colored tartrazine, sodium starch glycolate.

Such a wide scope of Deneb's application is due to its pharmacological properties, in particular, its ability to arrest pain and inflammation, to have antiplatelet and antipyretic effects. The agent inhibits the formation of anti-inflammatory factors and prevents the release of mediators of fever, inflammation and pain. An important feature of Denebol is that, unlike most other NSAIDs, it does not adversely affect the condition of the digestive tract and does not provoke the development of renal necrotic papillitis.

Dosing and Administration
