Release form and composition
Make a collection of plant Arfazetin, containing:
- Chamomile flowers;
- The grass of Hypericum perforatum;
- Dog-rose fruit;
- Bilberry sprouts;
- Grass horsetail;
- The fruit of the bean
- Rhizomes with roots of Eleutherococcus.
In filter bags of 2 g.
Indications for use
According to the instructions, Arfazetin is used to treat mild and moderate diabetes mellitus as monotherapy or in combination with insulin preparations and sulfonylurea derivatives.
It is noted that with the use of Arfazetin in patients with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (type 1) clinical improvement does not occur, but with type 2 diabetes, the infusion allows to reduce the daily dose of oral antidiabetic drugs.
According to the instructions, Arfazetin should not be taken when:
- Hypersensitivity to one or more components of the drug;
- Gastric and duodenal ulcer;
- Increased excitability.
Dosing and Administration
Approximately 1 tablespoon of the collection (about 5 g) is placed in an enamel bowl, filled with 1 cup (200 ml) of hot boiled water, covered with a lid and cooked in a water bath for 15 minutes. The finished broth is cooled, filtered and brought to 200 ml with boiled water.
The collection is taken orally in half or a third of a glass two or three times a day, half an hour before meals. The duration of treatment is one month, after which it is necessary to take a two-week break and repeat the course again.
During the year it is recommended to spend three or four courses after consulting with your doctor.
Ready infusion take in the form of heat, shaking before use.
In general, Arfazetin is well tolerated by patients.
Sometimes there may be allergic reactions caused by hypersensitivity to one or more of the components that make up the medication, as well as increased blood pressure, heartburn.
Before using the collection should consult with your doctor.
It is not recommended to use Arfazetin infusion in the afternoon to avoid possible sleep disorders.
When using arfazetina in combination with antidiabetic drugs should follow the rules of admission, precautions and contraindications provided for oral antidiabetic drugs.
Arfazetin has no structural analogues. Analogues of drugs that have a similar therapeutic effect are drugs:
- Sash bean fruit.
Terms and conditions of storage
Collection Arfazetin should be stored in a dry, dark place. Cooked infusion is stored no more than the spirit of the day in a cool place.
The shelf life of the collection is two years.
