Anuzole is an antihemorrhoidal agent of the combined type, which has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antispasmodic, antimicrobial, drying and astringent properties.
Release form and composition
The composition of Anuzola includes the following components:
- 100 mg bismuth tribromphenate (xeroform);
- 20 mg of belladonna extract;
- 50 mg zinc sulfate.
The tool has the form of suppositories, which in the amount of 5 pieces are packed in contour cells. In cardboard packs there are 2 contour cells.
Indications for use
The drug is effective in the treatment of anal fissures and hemorrhoids.
Anuzol should be discontinued in patients with tachyarrhythmias, miatienia, heart failure in the form of decompensation, hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, intestinal atony, angle-closure glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy of the urinary outflow. Also, taking the drug is not recommended for pregnant women and women during the lactation period.
Dosing and Administration
Anuzole is applied rectally. The dosage recommended in the instructions for Anuzol is 1 suppository from 1 to 3 times per day. The maximum allowable dose - 7 suppositories daily.
In some cases, while taking Anuzola, a number of undesirable reactions may occur, including thirst, diarrhea, dry mouth, constipation, midraiz, accelerated heartbeat, tachycardia, accommodation paresis, dizziness, headache, allergic reactions, sleep disturbance, burning in the back area passage, drowsiness.
The use of Anuzole can reduce the concentration of attention and the speed of psychomotor reactions, in addition, the drug can adversely affect visual acuity, so care should be taken when taking the drug while performing potentially hazardous activities.
In case of exceeding the recommended dosages, nausea, psychomotor agitation, urinary retention, vomiting, seizures, hyperthermia, and decrease in perspiration are possible.
