Andipal is a combination drug with analgesic, vasodilating, sedative and antispasmodic properties.
Release form and composition
The drug is available in the form of tablets of white or yellow. The main active ingredients of the drug are: analgin in the amount of 0.25 g; Dibazol - 0.02 g; phenobarbital - 0.02 g; papaverine hydrochloride - 0.02 g. Also included are: talc, starch, stearic acid.
Tablets are located in blister packs of 10 pieces.
Indications for use
As indicated in the instructions for Andipal, the drug is effective in:
- Pain syndrome caused by spasm of smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract, peripheral arteries, cerebral vessels;
Treatment with Andipal should be abandoned with deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, severe renal or hepatic insufficiency, blood diseases, tachyarrhythmias, severe angina pectoris, angle-closure glaucoma, prostatic hyperplasia, decompensated heart failure in chronic form, intestinal obstruction, and intestinal obstruction.
In addition, the use of Andipal is contraindicated in pregnant women, women in the period of lactation, children under 8 years of age and those with hypersensitivity to the components of Andipal.
Dosing and Administration
Andipal is taken orally. Adults are usually prescribed 1-2 tablets 2 or 3 times a day. The duration of treatment is about 7-10 days.
In the absence of a therapeutic effect, the drug is recommended to be combined with other drugs, or replaced with another medication.
In rare cases, the occurrence of constipation, nausea, allergic reactions (up to anaphylactic shock). Prolonged use of Andipal can lead to leukopenia, agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia. Ataxia and depression may also occur (especially in elderly patients or in immunocompromised persons). In connection with the content of phenobarbital may be observed drowsiness and a decrease in the rate of mental reactions.
In the case of prolonged use of Andipal (more than a week), it is recommended to monitor the functional state of the liver and the peripheral blood pattern.
During the medication should refuse to perform activities that require the speed of psychomotor reactions and a high concentration of attention.

Terms and conditions of storage
