Alflutop is a drug intended for the treatment of diseases of the spine and joints. These diseases are mainly degenerative-dystrophic. The use of Alflutop thus improves metabolic processes in the cartilage tissue, has an anti-inflammatory effect, stimulates the synthesis of collagen and inhibits the synthesis of substances that destroy the structure of cartilage.
Release form and composition
Make solution for injection Alflutop, 1 ml of which contains the following active ingredients:
- Extracts from several types of sea fish (black sea lance, sprat, Black Sea anchovy, Black Sea shank);
- Dermatan sulfate;
- Keratan sulfate;
- Hyaluronic acid;
- Amino acids;
- Trace elements
In 1 or 2 ml ampoules.
Indications for use Alflutop
According to the instructions, Alflutop is indicated for patients with the following diseases:
- Osteochondrosis and osteoarthritis;
- Traumatic dysostosis;
- Periodontal disease;
- Chondral and endochondral disorders of ossification.
Also useful is the use of Alflutop in the postoperative period in order to restore joint function.

- Pregnancy and breastfeeding;
- Hypersensitivity to one or more active components of the drug.

Dosage and Administration Alflutop
Alflutop is indicated for intramuscular and intraarticular administration.
The dosage of the drug for osteochondrosis and polyosteoarthrosis is 10 mg per day. The duration of treatment is 3 weeks.
With the defeat of the joints, intra-articular injections of Alflutop are shown in a dosage of 20 mg in each joint once every three days. After six such injections, the patient is transferred to intramuscular administration.
